Program Description

Assists victims of crimes and state witnesses with court appearances and restitution. Investigates and prosecutes those who exploit or abuse elderly and the disabled, and refers the victims to appropriate agencies. Prosecutes those perpetrating crimes against children, such as: child abuse, physical neglect, injury, rape, etc. Receives and investigates misdemeanor complaints from victims who have reported such incidents to the proper police agency.
