Program Description

We offer support, guidance and education to parents who are experiencing stressful life situations. Through intensive home visitation, services promote positive parent-child relationships, healthy child development, problem-solving skills, as well as linkages to health and other support services families may need. Services may start prior to or shortly after the birth of a baby and can continue until the child's fifth birthday.Program promotes positive parent-child interaction and school readiness. Services include parenting support and guidance, developmental monitoring and linkages to other community resources.
