Program Description

Provides financial assistance to those in need; primarily for mortgage/rent; utilities; prescriptions. *** Case management services are also provided with the intent of creating an opportunity for selected individuals/families to change/improve their lives. It is a process of evaluation and coordination of specific services so that clients may have access to options and choices that can lead them to economic stability and self-sufficiency.

Priority given to working-poor, low-income elderly and those overwhelmed by personal tragedy --- Case Management: Martin County residency; documented; demonstrate a willingness to take the steps necessary to improve their life situation.
