Lights off or due week of the appointment. Who is eligible? You may be eligible if you meet the following requirements: Have a total income no more than 60% of the Florida State Median Income or 150% of Federal Poverty Level Be responsible for paying your home heating or cooling bills Be a resident of Florida and Be a U.S. Citizen, qualified alien or permanent resident of the U.S.
