Program Description

Case management services are provided to children who are seriously emotionally disturbed (SED), emotionally disturbed (ED) or at risk of emotional disturbance. The program assists recipients in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services, and follows the recipient to ensure that the services are effective and supporting the recipient's service plan.
