Program Description

‣ Project Response is an HIV/AIDS service dedicated to providing case management services, prevention education, and HIV testing. ‣ The following Ryan White services are available to clients: *Outpatient Medical Care, *Pharmacy Services, *Mental Health Counseling, *Substance Abuse Counseling, *Food Pantry, *Transportation, * Project AIDS Care (PAC) Case Management, *Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) Case Management,*Camp Heartland, *Emergency Financial Assistance, *HIV Prevention Education, *HIV Testing and Outreach.

‣ Project Response is proud to serve the communities on the Space and Treasure Coasts of Florida. ‣ Ryan White services are available to clients whose income is at or below 400% of the federal poverty level (currently $47,080 for an individual)
