Eligibility Requirements and Important Information To be eligible for participation in the Dual Enrollment program, students must meet all of the qualifications listed below. 1. 9th - 12th grade classification. 2. Written notification from the high school signed by a school official. 3. Written approval of the student's parent or legal guardian if the student is under 18 years of age. 4. In order to enroll in certain academic courses, students must provide IRCC with Enhanced ACT, SATI-Recentered or CPT scores that are no more than two years old. |

Other Useful Information Students must submit the following items to either Educational Services on the Main Campus or any IRCC Campus: 1. An Application for Admissions/Residency and Dual Enrollment/Early Admissions Agreement signed by the high school designee, parent or legal guardian (if the student is under 18 years of age), and student. 2. An IRCC Dual Enrollment/Early Admissions Registration Card signed by the high school counselor and student. 3. Enhanced ACT, SATI-Recentered, or CPT scores, if registering for courses in which placement scores are a prerequisite. 4. Home Education students must provide proof of enrollment in a home education program pursuant to S.232.02(4) in addition to the items above. Once the student has been registered, he or she must take a copy of their course schedule along with the appropriate copy of the IRCC Dual Enrollment/Early Admissions Registration Card to the Business Office on the Main Campus or any IRCC Campus for tuition payment. Registration is not complete until this has been done. What about tuition and textbooks? 1. The student takes the designated copy of the Dual Enrollment/Early Admissions Registration Card, along with their course schedule, to the Main Campus IRSC Bookstore. 2. The IRSC Bookstore issues the appropriate textbooks to the student. 3. The IRSC Bookstore bills the high school for the textbooks issued. 4. At the end of the semester, the student returns the textbooks to the high school designee. 5. For classes held at the high schools, the schools may elect to purchase the textbooks and handle distribution to the students. |
