Program Description
Tech Prep is a program of study for HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS from Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties that leads toward high-wage, high-tech careers. Tech Prep students enroll in a planned sequence of classes beginning in high school and continue through to completion of at least an associate degree in college.
Tech Prep programs are enhanced by the QUAD-COUNTY TECH PREP CONSORTIUM, a partnership between the four school districts and Indian River Community College. The partnership creates an educational system that enables high school students enrolled in career and technical programs to smoothly transition and continue their studies at IRSC.
