Program Description

DentaQuest is a licensed dental HMO with nearly 500,000 members throughout Florida. We offer an array of dental plans suitable for anyone. DentaQuest plans offer free dental cleanings as well as unlimited dental services at discounts of up to 60% off regular dental fee charges The Ultra Care Plan is DentaQuest's most popular discounted plan. It provides basic coverage and is perfect for individuals and small groups. This plan is a discounted Fee-for-Service dental plan, which offers one free cleaning per year and a discount of 25 to 40% from standard dental fees. Members are not assigned to a dentist and may visit any participating dentist from the approved list of providers. The Ultra Care Plan also offers a 25% discount on all Specialist Care wherever a participating specialist is available.
