Program Description

◦ FAU CARD's - purpose is to serve individuals with autism spectrum disorders across their lifespan by helping them to become valued members of their communities. ◦ FAU CARD - offers support within the natural contexts of homes, residences, childcare programs, schools, and communities at no charge. Our staff will meet with an individual or family member with ASD to develop a plan for services and support. ◦ We schedule office visits, home visits, school visits and telephone/e-mail consultations.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

◦ Serves individuals of any age who have a diagnosis of ASD or related disability including, deaf-blind (hearing and vision impaired) and hearing impaired or vision impaired with out disabling conditions. ◦ We also serve family members, friends and professionals.
