Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

You qualify for Lifeline Service in your area if You already participate in Section 8, Food Stamps, LIHEPA, SSI, Free school lunch, TANF, Medicaid, Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Family, Head Start Subsidy, NSLP. Or if your household income is at below 135%. Must have a valid Social Security Number and be 18 years old or older.
