This is an educational class designed to improve coping skills and communication by identifying anger triggers and teaching healthier techniques for expressing emotions.

Participant needs to come into the ADAP Counseling Services office to enroll. Clients will need to bring arrest affidavit and referral form, if applicable, and the registration fee.
