Martin County Residents must be at or below 200% below poverty level to qualify for rent or water assistance. For FPL assistance, residents must be at or below 125% poverty level. ONLINE APPLICATION AVAILABLE

Call for appointment. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is available once in a twelve month time period per family/individual. Or visit: martin.fl.us/martin-county-services/lend-hand-program The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding has allowed Martin County to set aside funds for emergency rental assistance for qualified Martin County residents through the Martin County Rental Assistance Program. Emergency rental and utilities assistance is also being facilitated through the OUR (Opportunities for Utilities and Rental Assistance) Florida Program
