Program Description

☐ Our transitional living and independent living programs open doors to help youth in foster care and young adults exiting foster care pursue meaningful, productive futures as they realize their full potential. ☐ Young adults who participate in transitional living will also receive safe, stable housing as they prepare for their future.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

☐ Who qualifies? ?? Youth in foster care ages 13 to 23 may participate in independent living. ?? Youth and young adults ages 18 to 23 who have recently exited foster care and/or are on the verge of homelessness may participate in transitional living.
