Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Children must be five years old before September 1 2012, must be Florida residents, and must be enrolled for the kindergarten program 2012-2013. Please bring Certificate of Eligibility (from the Early Learning Coalition), Proof of Residency (FPL or Cable Bill), Birth Certificate, current Florida Certificate of Immunizations and current Physical Examination.
