Program Description

INPHI will purchase foreclosed properties, make necessary repairs, and then rent the properties to very-low income households at an affordable rate. When properties become available, they will be offered to qualifying households based on a priority system of family need, affordability, and date of qualification.

Filing the application will add you to a wait list for these units. Rents will vary based on income with the total for rent and utility allowance not exceeding 35% of the applicants gross monthly household income. Applicant must have sufficient income to afford the minimum rent requirements on the unit, while not exceeding the income guidelines.
