Program Description

Program offers Floridians with disabilities credit opportunities while purchasing equipment and items that will improve their overall quality of life. New Horizon Fund is an assistive technology loan program through which consumers can purchase all sorts of assistive technology including adaptive computers and software, low vision aids, and adaptive recreational equipment. The New Horizon Fund's other component is a home based business loan program through which consumers can purchase business equipment including computers, office furniture, and other business related purchases.

Loan program serves consumers of all ages, however the borrower must be at least 18 years of age. No income limits and all sources of income are considered. Those consumers that have damaged credit may also have the opportunity to qualify for a loan through the New Horizon Fund.
