Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

GUIDELINES Ask for block captain volunteers who are responsible for relaying information to members on their block. Block captains serve as liaisons between residents, and share information about meetings and crime incident. Prepare a neighborhood map containing the names, addresses and phone numbers of participating households and distribute to members. Volunteers coached by law enforcement train members in home security, observation skills and crime reporting. Once your group is established, it will be given a Neighborhood Watch sign to post.
