Program Description

Purpose is to provide academic help for disadvantaged children in our area community where language may be a barrier for parents and their children. We strive to assist the children to better understand homework assignments, and provide assistance with school.

Each Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30p.m. in the Christian Education building volunteers help a host of disadvantaged children with their homework. To serve in this ministry simply join us at SCC during the designated day & time. Also include Bible study, arts and crafts, organized play, and snacks.
