Program Description

We provide pediatric and adult primary and preventive care; preventive and restorative dental services, OB/GYN services and HIV/AIDS care. Our patients benefit from a "medical home" model, where they access and benefit from our extensive array of health care providers and services at each location, creating a "one-stop shop" for their primary health care needs.
