Program Description

We offer the opportunity to high school students, college students, and adults with a flexible schedule to work with a child in elementary school for one hour, once a week! All you need is a positive attitude and the willingness to help with a bit of homework. We also provide fun workbooks as well as board games to play and interact with your Little!

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Complete and sign an application ⇢Permission & confidentiality form signed by a parent/guardian ⇢Provide a school sponsor reference and a school reference letter ⇢Call to set up an interview as soon as the application & parent packet are completed. ?? All other paperwork and orientation must be completed before the High ⇢School Mentor will be matched with a student. ⇢High School Mentors must complete online training at www.highschoolbigs.org and enter aprice@mentorbig.org on the confirmation page. High School students or adults meet with a child (6-12) in a school setting to help with homework, complete character building and educational activities while getting to know each other and having fun. 1. Must be in high school or an adult.
