If You Are in Need of Assistance: The Lend a Hand program is available to any of our customers who have a delinquent water/sewer bill and meet eligibility requirements. If you are in need of assistance, you can call or stop by our Customer Service Center in person at 2378 SE Ocean Blvd in Stuart.
