Program Description

AT&T is offering low-cost wire-line home Internet service to qualifying households: ◦With at least one resident who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and ◦With an address in AT&T's 21-state service area, at which we offer wireline home Internet service, and ◦Without outstanding debt for AT&T fixed Internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Your application will not be considered submitted unless the required supporting documents are supplied: Indicate that your household income is 200% or less than the federal poverty guidelines, and you have a current copy of SSA1099, W-2 or Social Security statement of benefits that you can submit, and that you wish to proceed with the online application process. If you are approved for the federal Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and would like to apply your ACP benefit to Access from AT&T, you do not need to submit this application.
