This is a hands-on, interactive program for families promoting healthy eating, family meals, cooking skills and wellness. The goal of this program is to provide families with skills needed to prepare healthy, nutritious, low costs foods and to introduce basic cooking skills to parents and children. We recommend each family brings food storage containers as there is always plenty for each family to take food home! Pre-registration required.
