(See Special Services) All Domestic Relations matters are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. In general, parties wishing to obtain a court order should contact an attorney. Parties wishing to represent themselves or obtain forms in a Domestic Relations related case may visit www.flcourts.org (under the Self-Help menu) or the Domestic Relations Division of the Martin County Clerk of the Circuit Courts Office at 100 E. Ocean Blvd., Stuart, Florida (first floor, Constitutional Building) to obtain the necessary forms.
