Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility Criteria: The deceased must have passed away in Martin County There must be no available assets to cover the costs (e.g. insurance policies) If an immediate family is applying, they must fall below 150% of the poverty level The applicant must be willing to use a funeral home approved by the county
