Program Description
The problem of childhood hunger is not simply a moral issue. Child hunger and insufficient nutrition hampers a child?s ability to learn and grow.
Treasure Coast Food Bank's Child Nutrition Programs connect children with food in places where they live, learn and play. Every week, we distribute thousands of pounds of nutritious food to children and families in elementary and middle schools, after-school programs, food pantries, soup kitchens, summer feeding sites and mobile pantries throughout the Treasure Coast.
