Program Description

The primary mission of the F.I.T. Academy is to improve children?s health and fitness ? and by extension, the health and fitness of the rest of their family members. All activities are designed to give kids the opportunity to improve in many areas, which include, but are not limited to:

ages 4 and up Our Home School Fitness Classes are awesome! Ideal for kids of all ages and athlete abilities! Every week is something different, from obstacle courses to sports, this class will provide a great outlet for physical activity.
